B5G124-48 have a router, however all the lights are on, what to do?

continues the same way, I am in the menu options screen. and does not leave this screen.

Already used this option, but still remains a problem.

Another option:
reboot and when the option comes up with a 1 or 2 selection
Pick 2, Administrator
Then there would be an option of 9-8 or 8-7 depending on the product Which should give you the option to clear config to factory default and then reboot.
