How does ELRP Works?

I am Working as a Technical Assistant in out Institution. Also, I am doing M.S. in Computer Networks Area.

We have more than 120 Extreme Switches in our Network. We are using ELRP to detect the Loop in our Network. Let me know How the ELRP Works?

It will be helpful for my studies....Please do the needful for me...
