Ridgeline server2012 r2 instalation error

I have installed ridgeline at server 2012r2 then http://ridegline.server:8080/Ridgeline.jnlp download that file and run this error occured.

Java(TM) web start 11.31.2.13-fcs (can not find message file)

admin/admin is the default password, as you may already know there is a password reset tool in the Ridgeline application group.. Is it working now?
