Ridgeline server2012 r2 instalation error

I have installed ridgeline at server 2012r2 then http://ridegline.server:8080/Ridgeline.jnlp download that file and run this error occured.

Java(TM) web start 11.31.2.13-fcs (can not find message file)

ridgeline 3.1 admin/admin(username/password) not open. how to rest password

but i don't know my console password. reset my admin password but not reset this console same error Occurred

OK.. Not it gets fun to troubleshoot... There are 3 patch levels for Ridgeline 4.0 - Patch1-3, you need to make sure you are on the latest patch level. Next, make sure your Java is up to date, I would personally download the latest Java 8.x and install it. Next, once you get the Java installed, remove all old versions (newest Java should do this automatically) and then clear the Java cache from the Java Control panel icon. Try again and lets see what you get..
