How can I disable FTP on I/B/S Series switch ??

As a switch hardening , It is required to disable FTP and i cannot find direct command

set policy profile 5 name "N0-FTP"
set policy rule 5 tcpsourceport 21 mask 16 drop
set policy port x.x.x 5
