EDE, ESP, EPP certification don't appear on my learning portal

hello Extreme GURUs
i'm unable to see the following certs EDE, ESP, EPP on my Learning portal, however my colleages can, i'm wonderin if my account need more privilees or so,
Please could some one help on that or point me in Learning portal support team so i can contact them directly
