My Training webpage - order by date

Hi, could someone please fix the webpage so it's a little bit more useable.

It like to order by date and that is the result....

So instead of ordering it by year/month/day the order is done by day which isn't useful.

Sure that isn't a big issue for this 7 rows but I've 25 certifications and that is a big deal for me to find the right one.

Let's keep it real - the whole trainings page is a hot mess and that is well known and not a new information,

I don't expect any changes because for me it looks like that no one from the training dept cares.
