hello guys , trying to configure some avaya ip phones with my extreme x450e , some help or a littl exple :)) if possible

Generally the only thing I do on my Extreme switches to prepare them for IP phones is to set the ports up for my "voice VLAN". That is, a separate VLAN for all VoIP traffic.
If this is all new, I would suggest updating to EXOS 21.1.1 (or newer) so that you can take advantage of "enable cdp ports". See this GTAC article for info.

Can't do that on an X450e... 15.3.x is as far as those can go 🙂
