I picked up a second hand AP320 and I’m seeing the device update failed message when using the Extreme Cloud IQ Connect.  It’s currently on version 3.4r2.  How can I update the AP to the latest firmware?   Thanks in advance.  
Hello, I can't onboard my AP 230. The device appears to be in use.  AP 230, SN 02301705167889   Could someone help me to solve this issue? Thanks in advance, Andrew
