I have recently acquired an AP230 and after speaking with the previous owner, he hasn’t removed the unit from his VIQ due to an expired license. Can I get this freed up for reuse on my Cloud IQ Connect acc? The serial # is 02301407220775 
Hooking up a couple of 2nd hand Ap121 devices however I get the following message in ExtremeCloud IQ 'The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.' Is this because they are still on a list?
