How to interpret the aerohive map

I'm trying to understand what happens here. Is this just my client looking at possible candidates to roam to if needed? (see below) data comes from the client monitor tool on the hive manager

We have some wifi issues in the performance and associating category. I checked the neighbors and RSSI is wel below 60. Though is a 33% CRC Rate normal (see copy paste below) ?
