It turned out acctually a wrong type of SFP was used: Ericsson RYT921609/1 . With Extreme 10/100/1000BASE-T it works. Thanks everyone for your comments.

I was lucky and got the SFP number “FCLF8520P2BTL-ER”.

Unfortunately this module doesn’t support DDMI and it’s in remote location so I have to get someone to take a look at it. If I get the info, I’ll post it.I also thought of setting the speed manually but it can’t be done for this port.
