I get the error 'Could not view configuration on device 340066920663677. There is no version for the device, try to setup a CAPWAP connection to HiveManager.' What should I do with my AP230 to make it work?
I bought Aerohive AP230 on ebay. When I try to register it I get an error telling me that it is already registered. The SN is 02301411110060. Could you please help me and remove it from the previous registration.
