I have a replacement device for an AP-230 that was broken. I need to replace the old one on the system with the new one. Are there directions for this?

I have a lot of interference on my devices that I took over at this school. I saw an answer on here to lower the tx power. It said to check the box next to the AP then modify. I can't find where to modify it. All of the AP's are running 8.4r9a.

I have added several MAC addresses to the DoS options. Is there a way to see who is logged on that is on that list?

Is there an easy way to see a device on the network, and block it? I can do it on my home wifi, surely there is an easy way to block someone from a school setting? I'm tired of these vpn's!
