Thank you very much there was time difference between NAC and controller and i did correction hope this will solve this problem

I keep moving end system to trusted profile and perform force reauth and scan as well

Thnx daneil i found the problem in Cisco switch i just enable spanning tree BPDU filter enable and it works..
