We are afraid, (because of the secondary module shutdown) that if we reboot, it won't start.

Drew, thank you for the post, the output is edited, that's the reason you don't see the *, and updating the problem, it has a secondary MSM module, and it has shutdown itself.

It didn't work, thank you any way. I got the same error. CORE.3 # save config temp Do you want to save configuration to temp.cfg? (y/N) Yes Saving configuration on master MSM .............................................................................
