If attempting to start an AP5010 (GA expected August 2022) with an HP JY728A console cable connected, the AP will fail to start.

Symptoms
The AP will not successfully boot into the operating system. The console readout will be as follows:

Workaround
Disconnect the AP5010 from PoE or power adapter and disconnect the HP JY728A console cable. Reconnect PoE or power and allow the AP to boot. Reconnect the HP JY728A console cable.
Solution
Extreme recommends customers to use Extreme Micro USB console cable.
