I'm trying to add an AP250 I bought used to my ExtremeCloudIQ account, but every time I try I get this message: 03701312271625 The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

I have recently purchased 2 AP340’s, and have been unable to get them to connect to ExtremeCloud IQ. Anyone have any ideas or advice
