Can the AP1130 be configured as a repeater?

I have a far location that has no ethernet. I would like to feed off of the closest access point and utilize the AP1130 as a repeater of that signal. Is that possible?

I have an AP122 that has a constant Orange Light. Tried the pin hole reset and its still orange. Hive Manager states it lost contact a few days ago with the device. Tried SSH and nothing happens.
