New 330 not connecting to clients.

AP330 plugged into port where 130 was. AP130 moved to new port/location. The 130 is working as expected. 330 not connecting to clients. I can't find the configuration difference. First time with 2 Aerohive APs in the same building.

Hello, I am unable to add AP as it comes up with Error (device already onboarded). The account that it was previously on has been shut down. Can a device be released from HM. The serial number is 33013080805443.
