My customer using captive portal with login via Google Mail Domain. But something, they have trouble when login:Translate:page opening errorHotspot login cannot open this page because it cannot connect to the server.
We've tried to update some AP-121 to the latest version of HiveOS, but the update fails and we receive the following error: "Device update Failed". Rebooting and pushing a complete configuration before update, doesn't solve the issue.
A client has a Hive Manager account and I need to register MAC addresses to perform adoption. I login and receive unknown error has occurred. Is there currently an issue eith cloud services via cloud.aerohive.com Regards Brett
I bought Aerohive AP230 on ebay. When I try to register it I get an error telling me that it is already registered. The SN is 02301411110060. Could you please help me and remove it from the previous registration.
A client has some AP250, one of them randomly reboots, losing it's hostname, along with this two open SSID's are created until the hostname is replaced. Does anyone know how we can stop this happening?
