I am trying to upload 12 new AP 122's within the import area and I'm getting an error on S/N. All S/N's begin with 0, but system wants 0 or 14 characters. Do I leave blank or what is secret to getting the zero to add to the front of the number?

Upgrade on AP130

I have a customer who runs aerohive AP 130 and Hivemanager NG. When we try to upgrade his APs one of them fails. Tried to reboot, reboot to backup. Tried to reset to factory default. but no luck with getting upgraded hiveos. All devices runs 8.2r4 ex...
