I need to open a support case with Aerohive Support but when I click on "Cases" - "Open as Case" and then click on "Open a Case" I get the message back "User does not have access to create a case"? Richard

How do we update our Login Information for HiveManger NG? Our IT Contractor has passed away. I have the cloud Login's User Name & Password. It works but shows the deceased IT Consultant's name & Company in the top right.
