Update help AP320!

I am getting this message when I try to add a AP130 to the HiveManager for S/N 01301602291717 "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector." Can somebody from Aerohive clear this serial number so that I can use this AP.

Many of our access points are dropping off the network. When I SSH into access points in question the connection will be reset in seconds / minutes and I lose connection. No configuration was changed but it seems to be affecting AP's on multiple swit
