hi, We've had a problem with one of our new access points, I removed it and it hasnt re-discovered. I've changed the POE box and points with no luck. It's plugged in at the moment in a different area of the school.

If you are using Classic, this will help you reconnect that AP: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-HiveManager-Classic

 

If you are using HiveManager (formerly NG), this guide will help: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

 

Once the AP reconnects, you'll wan to push a complete configuration to it.

What happens when you reconnect it to its original installation location?

I've also added it back in by the serial number but it wont connect back to the hive.
