I have BR200-WPs on HiveOS ver. 6.5r11.216370, a few weeks ago people on the network started experiencing a few problems. First, while browsing the connection would be interrupted with a DNS probe finished then either "no internet", "NX domain", or "err name not resolved"; after a few refreshes connection is re-established. This also drops VOIP calls. This could happen to any user, at any time of day, at an interval of every 5m if you're unlucky to around every 30m. Second, we have a business integral website that needs constant connection for sales among other things so when the internet blips this particular web page needs to be completely shutdown and logged back into.
I mention the BRs because we've found we can use our ISP supplied modems, aerohive APs, and any switches with no issue; the inconvenience above only happens when the BR is in the mix and it's happening at multiple locations but not all. It appears to happen at the most bandwidth heavy locations but that's not to imply they're overly taxing the ISP since the problem didn't exist at a similar state a few weeks ago.
We have created a marker map to prioritize VOIP & DNS without improvement; we're running out of ideas.
