I have an AP 230 seems to be connected to the customers Hive, (NG Cloud), that fails to upgrade at "Certification updating"
I wonder what I could or should do?

Okay so firmware is fine, is there any firewall rules blocking the update from going through? Rule are: https://cloud.aerohive.com/support/Amsterdam.html
