Is it normal for APs in Hivemanager (NG) to require a complete update in order to apply channel/power settings?

In HM Classic I can apply channel/power setting changes with a delta update. I've been unable to do this in Hivemanager. Is this expected behavior. If so, is there any way (cli maybe?) to force a channel/power change without a reboot?

The channel change may require a reboot so the AP can shift over to a new channel and then pick up clients on that channel, but I can say for certain that the power changes should be applied with a delta without issue. I might suggest logging a support case to see why the deltas aren't working for you.
