Until recently there was a price difference between the on premises licenses and cloud based licenses, so you will likely need to speak with your sales engineer to see about new licenses when you migrate. As for migrating any information, it depends on the version you are on but typically this would be difficult as some features and configurations are not available in both platforms.

Thank you for sending those keys. Unfortunately these won't be compatible with an online HiveManager, you'll want to contact your Sales Engineer to work out new keys that can work with an online HiveManager. If you are unsure who your Sales Engineer would be or how to contact them, I can help you with that as well.

Would you be able to send the keys you are having issues with to communityhelp@aerohive.com so I can take a look and see why these are failing for you? If you could also include the VHM ID of the HiveManager you are attempting to add these keys to, that would help as well.

āAccording to https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/HiveManager-Classic-to-HiveManager-Migration-Guide?l... you should be able to move the licenses. I have found out that I can migrate perpetual licences with expired support date but not perpetual licenses with support still active. (the latter generates an error that the dates in the entitlement keys are invalid.
