Hi Allan, thank you for that serial number but I wasn't able to find it in our redirector currently so there should be no conflicting records. Could you try the other troubleshooting steps in the CAPWAP guide I sent you and let me know the results if the AP still doesn't connect for you?

Hi Sam! I've already reset the AP via the reset button and also via console command. It seems that the Aerohive re-director service is re-directing the AP to the wrong hive. It's serial no. 12112110801773.
