Hi, i use AP230 at home and my license has expired, so i can t free the AP (SN:02301407171174) to add it in my new connect account.
Coud you do it for me or give me a temporary license ?

i have this issue too, as i know the ap default have select license, if i add the ap that i should config it .

I can t create case to decommission.
So i am still stuck with my AP.
Is there someone who could help me with this ?

If you contact support, they will decommission the AP for you
