Why did all the old GTAC Knowledge links break?

I was looking at an old post to find answers for a new one, and noticed that all the GTAC knowledge links have broken, they just redirect to the main KB search page. If you search on the title you can generally find what you’re looking for, but why were all the links broken?

We upgraded our knowledge system that unfortunately changed all the links to knowledge articles. We did attempt to update all the KB links in the community but it sounds like we missed a few. If you find any other links that are broken please don’t hesitate to let me know and we’ll get that updated as well with a current link.
