Cannot grok a URL

The error message stated here is very specific only when LDAP is configured in AAA (NAC)

I'm not sure I follow what the article is saying. Can you elaborate on what this means? All of our authentication is via Captive Portal on the NAC passed the wireless controllers. Why would the wireless be redirecting anything?
