How do i upgrade ers3650 with extreme mangement center

some many ers3650 6.2.015 to 6.4.1.007

In EMC    >  configuration/firmeware/>upgrade firmware  > assign image ? format new image

I have 3600_6100_diags.bin and 3600_641007s.img

Please check out the following article on how to upgrade using XMC:

Make sure you download and transfer the desired firmware and assign it the correct device type when uploaded.
