Test cases are not modifying in " agent-based test set" window in NAC Manager

I have a issue with NAC manager version (8.1.40) with Evaluation license. I can't create or modify "Test cases" in "agent-Based test set" window.How can i solve this issue? .Is it Bug ?

This is a bug that was introduced in 8.1.4.40.
It has been fixed in 8.1.5.22 and the fix has been released.

We can't say this issue was introduced in 8.1.4.40. We can see same issue on Netsight image 8.1.1.41 .

I think this is a bug. I have downgrade Netsight from 8.1.4.40 to 8.1.2.59 image. After that there is no issue for "agent-based test set" window in NAC Manager.
