Upgrading XMC without internet access

I'm trying to upgrade XMC from 8.1.5.22 to 8.2.3.67. The upgrade script however needs a internet connection which most of my customers don't allow into their management environment. As a result of this the upgrade fails.

Is there a way to upgrade without having to do a full new deployment which would be a pain for a large network ?

Hi Paul,

here the information from the KB article about this situation...

"If Internet connection is neither directly available, nor available via HTTP Proxy, the alternative is to deploy a new, clean install of the ova or ISO for version 8 (which includes an updated operating system), then restore a database to it from version 7.1 per the instructions in the link below:"
