I have a AC130 software ver 6.5.1.0 that will not update on Cloud IQ  Getting “Device Update Failed”

Hello, I’ve emailed you directly with instructions on how to update the AP’s firmware manually. We’ll need to get the AP up to at least 6.5.3.0 in order to manage the device in the ExtremeCloud IQ platform. Please let me know if you have any further issues updating your AP.
