AP 410C Connection issue

Hi All, I have 7 AP connected and configured by Extreme Connect. Its updated to latest firmware.  User facing random disconnection from WIFI and mobile user connect to Mobile data. Client feel more frustrated. We using HP instant ON 1930 Switch. In XIQ-Connect when we check AP is good and Health is 100 and no issues we able to find. can some one help me on this issue how to fix this.

Hello @thamim,

Based on your description (sudden disconnections in same spot) sounds like client is trying to roam or is on fringe of coverage. 

Was a site survey conducted at the location with the 7 APs deployed? Have you checked to see if there is any external interference nearby?

Hello @thamim,

What radio are they having issues on? (2.4 or 5GHz)

Are they using the default radio profile?

What type of environment do they have?

What type of wireless clients to they have?

Are they experiencing drops when stationary or while roaming?

Earlier they have 2.4 and 5 GHZ, now we keep 5Ghz.
Not Default Radio profile.
Its Home Environment
iPhone, Laptop, Mobiles, Play station. 
Sudden disconnection happens even when they are in same spot. (Its happened to iPhone user)
