AP registration

I wanted to register my Aerohive AP130 on ExtremeCloudIQ, but I get the error:

Error 9 The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

Can you please support me?

Thank you for providing that serial number, that device should be free to add to your inventory now. Please let me know if you have any further issues onboarding that AP. Hope you have a great weekend!
