Hi team,
I have a AP122 and when i’m connect for exterme Cloud Interface the choice by default is “PILOT”
I dont have licence. i unmanaged my device in pilot interface but i cant switch the interface in “CONNECT” version.
Can you help me please ?

Hi Fred,
there was the below issue last month but that should be fixed by now.

If the account was a Pilot account you can’t switch back to Connect (only Connect to Pilot is allowed).
But you’d create a new account.

Actually, this guide reviews how to free up your email in the Pilot instance. Hello, unfortunately there is no way to convert a Pilot instance to a Connect instance. You’ll want to register for a new ExtremeCloud IQ instance, and choose Connect instead of Pilot at the last stage of setting up the new ExtremeCloud IQ instance (after you set your password). If you’d like to register for the Connect instance with the same email you are currently using for the Pilot instance, please let me know and I will help you work that out.
