Automatic XIQ Connect to Pilot migration after 1st of January 2024

Hello,

I've learned few months ago, that starting from 1st of January 2024 all XIQ Connect VIQs with more than 10 devices will move to Pilot level automatically.

After moving to Pilot grace period should be started for 30 days.

I have two of such instances and as of today (2nd of January) they still running as Connect.

Is that info still valid? Or should I initiate some action manually to convert accounts to Pilot level.

We have already ordered Pilot subscriptions for all devices in those two VIQs and we are going to link VIQs with portal accounts.

Hello,

For anyone alse interested: I asked GTAC - they told me this conversion was postponed and is planned with 24r1 release at the end of January.
