I’ve bought an AP230 from ebay and have tried to add it to my extremecloud account but ‘The device appears to be in use by another VIQ’. What do I need to do? serial is 02301509160073.Thanks

Hi Team,Hi everyone, I am using Extremecloud Connect account. Today it automatically upgraded to Extremecloud Pilot itself and at this point I no longer have the management of my wifi device. How do I switch back to Extremecloud Connect.

Resolved! Turn off ExtremeIQ upgrade mode

I am using Cloud IQ Connect (Free) with ExtremeIQ auto system upgraded to premium plan, I cannot manage my device anymore! what should I do ?How do I not automatically upgrade ?
