Hello, I successfully configured the DHCP server for a specific VLAN, and it is working. However, I would like to set up a second device as a DHCP server in case the first one stops functioning. Is it possible to configure a device as a spare DHCP server?

Hello, thank you for your responses, but I am currently working on an XIQ deployment.
With WING, I know how to do it, but with XIQ, I cannot find the option to set up a DHCP spare in case the access point in question stops working.

Hello Sebastien,
If this is a WiNG Centralized deployment, under the DHCP server policy, there is a feature called "Activation Criteria". You could configure the "Activation Criteria" as "rf-domain-manager". The "rf-domain-manager" AP will be the DHCP server. If the "rf-domain-manager" goes down, WiNG will elect a new "rf-domain-manager" and this AP will now host DHCP server.
