Remove AP Hive AP230 from expired Hivemanager Account

Hello,I have an old AP230 from an expired hivemanager account. Can you remove this one so I can add it to my account? I cannot login to my old account because it is expired.Serial number: 02301410090035kind regards,Stijn

Resolved! Feature License - Not Supported - On just one AP out of 75

Customer has 70 APs. Added one recently and after 3 weeks, this one AP still shows "Not Supported" under Feature License. Where do I find more info on what it thinks isn't supported? Screen shot attached.

Any idea why I'm seeing a bunch of Cloud Config Groups in the "select" menu that aren't part of my Org?

I went to apply a Cloud Config Group to an AP from the Manage>Devices>Actions menu. the drop down list includes dozens of CCG entries that appear to be from an Org other than mine.
