Stale Record

@SamPirok  we received a AP5010 with serial WM052238W-31078.  Can you release it as it's getting the stale record in the redirector message?   Attached is a pic of the serial info on the ap. ThanksBen

AP130 stuck on "Bootstrap" status

The CLI command "reset config bootstrap" was used on an AP130.It appears now as "Bootstrap" in the XIQ "Managed" column and no action can be done from the controller.What do we have to do to get the AP managed back on XIQ please ?Reboot or AP button ...
