Our CTO is asking to have his desktop computer access all VLAN’s. I know an access port can only allow one VLAN, but can a computer connect to the network via a trunk port with All VLAN’s enabled? Is there any NIC settings that need to be done for Tags? We have Aerohive SR2348 series switches.

Hi rkowals
You have to create a VLAN that have access to all the other VLAN's needed (by creating the correct routes and ACL settings) and configure the switch port to this VLAN (untagged).
