Error 502 - Bad Gateway appears in the portal when trying to enter the email to request the PIN on the Guest Network.
Does anyone know what it could be?

I get the same result…
I don’t see what we’ve done wrong so I’d recommend to open a ticket with the GTAC so they could take a look.
Nor sure whether they have took the server for https://ops2-r1.Extremecloudiq.com/webportal/ offline 🙂

did it work before or is that a new installation ?
do be more precise… you put in the email address and then click ok/apply and then you get the error ?
