Hi Community,
I wanted to register my Aerohive AP121 on ExtremeCloudIQ, but I get the error:
“The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.”
Can you please support me? (my S/N: 12114012507187)

Hi Sarah, can you confirm that serial number for me? I checked our redirector but I’m not finding any old records for that device.
