I need to join SSIDs to specific(s) VLANs.
How can set ETH0 to pass VLAN53 as Native VLAN and VLAN54,55 and 56 as Tagging VLAN?

You need to define this in the network policy. So configure -- Network Policy -- Management & native vlan -- here you can define vlan53 as native/management vlan. Port is by default trunk.
