HeatMap can not export as aPDF in ExtremeCloudIQ

Hi all,

I tried to export heatmap that generated from the XIQ but it gives error as below.
" The system is busy right now. Try again later"

Can you help to solve that.

@Viththahan, thanks for the mention here. Chris is absolutely right, we'd need a case to get this in front of our engineering team. If you can open a case and send me that case number, I can do my best to make sure it isn't closed out on account of being a Connect case. Please feel free to send that case number to be at community@extremenetworks.com. If you aren't able to open a case at all, please let me know and I'll see what other options we might have to get this issue documented.

I have the same problem, there is no support for ExtremeCloud IQ Connect, wondering to get help from community page.

Hello Gihan,

       I am seeing the same issue on my lab instance. I would suggest to have a support case generated, in order that we can investigate the issue with engineering/development.
